Town Wide Garage Sale

One man's trash is another man's treasure! WCLA will once again be participating in the town-wide yard sale on Saturday, July 31st.

 

Last year, the 2020 yard sale took in $1,522.30 for our general fund in 2020. In the three years WCLA has participated in the yard sale we have added $4000.00 to our general fund thanks to board member Debbie Drain's guidance. Yard sale 2021 is Saturday July 31.

 

A CALL FOR HELP
Debbie will be stepping down as yard sale coordinator, so if we want to keep participating we will need someone to take her place. This is not a one person job, so we would need a chairperson and a committee. Please be thinking about getting involved with this. It not only supports our other endeavors, it gives visibility to WCLA as an association involved in our town and allows us another opportunity to talk with people about what we are for our lake, our town, and our members. Debbie will definitely talk with anyone interested about what the job entails and provide support throughout the process.
