About the event
Times and costs are tentative.
Carousel opening at 4 pm, Social hour 5-6 pm, dinner at 6 pm, all followed by 50/50 drawing, basket winners, and info about CAC. The cost will be approximately $20/per person, with a child’s menu available for much less. In addition, we will be offering a reduced price on 1 meal for members with paid 2023 dues. Remember, these times and costs are tentative.
Union Hall will cater the event, and the Stump City Brewing Truck will be on site. In addition, we will have an acoustic guitar player to play before and after dinner. The Carousel will be open before dinner, and we are looking into having ice cream for all. We will also have a 50/50 raffle; you never know what else to expect.
A CALL FOR HELP - We hope to have a Basket Auction at this event. Please consider donating a themed basket for this function. Let us know if you plan to do a basket by email to wclaupdates@gmail.com.
